Where Are things
The Mode Dial is the wheel on the opposite side of the camera from the Shutter release next to the flash. The on/off switch is located around the shutter release The shutter release on the right hand side of the camera when it is being held exposure compensation can be found when looking through the viewfinder on manual at the bottom of your view. The flash button can be found on the left hand side of the camera on the front next to the barrel of the lense The viewfinder is set central above the digital view screen The menu button is located outside the top left hand corner of the digital screen, multi selector/ok is located on the right hand side of the digital screen with ok in the middle. The memory card slot cover is on the right side of the camera on the back of the grip The battery cover is on the bottom right hand side of the camera The tripod socket is in the center of the bottom of the camera |
How to…
-Delete all images on the camera: Hit the menu button on the camera, go to the playback menu, and find the button that says delete. -Set the image quality to JPEG fine: Hit the menu button, go down to the photo shooting menu (second one down), go to image quality, and find JPEG fine (fifth one down). -Set the image size to large: Hit the menu button, go to the photo shooting menu (second one down), go to image size, and choose large. -Set the mode dial to auto: At the top left of the camera, turn the camera mode to the green auto button -Turn the auto flash off: At the top left of the camera, turn the camera mode until you reach the flash -Set the exposure composition to +/- 0: Hit the +/- button at the top right of the camera and rotate the main command dial until the desired value is displayed. -Check the battery charge: Check the screen at the top of the camera where the exposure compensation is shown. -Set the lens to A: Look to t . e left side of the camera and switch the focus to A instead of M. |
